4’,6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride (DAPI) - 10mg
DAPI is a cationic fluorescent dye which intercalates between the A-T bases of DNA, where it aligns parallel to the DNA strands. Upon binding to DNA, it emits a bright blue fluorescence, which can be used to visualize and quantify nuclear material within cells.
